Versatility in Adjustment Before and After the Pour
This labor saving cleanout uses our Twis-to-Floor® adjustment technology to level the top with adjacent surfaces after the floor is poured and floor coverings are installed. It is constructed of Duco coated cast iron with a secured 5-3/4” (145) diam. nickel bronze top for finished floors bearing foot and medium load wheeled traffic.

Concrete pours are not a precise science. Once the surface is dry, you often find your cleanouts need adjusting—a fraction lower here, a fraction higher over there. Our Twis-to-Floorcleanouts allow you to make that adjustment with a simple twist.
